Level 1: The Reporter (Don’t Stay Here)
This is ground zero. Just the facts. “This happened, then this happened.”
It’s boring. Like reading raw data logs. Zzzzz.
Necessary start, but get off this level ASAP.
Level 2: The Illusionist (Add Hooks!)
Okay, now we’re talking. Hooks are misdirection.
Make ’em think this is coming… then BAM! Something else.
This contrast wakes up their sleepy human brains. Use hooks early and often to keep them guessing.
Level 3: The Champion (Make It About Them)
Why should they care? Answer that. Add stakes.
Aim your story cannon at your audience. Hit their pain points (“Tired of bad results?”) or their identity (“For people who love X…”).
Give them a reason to root for the outcome. Make it personal.
Level 4: The Architect (Structure is Your Friend)
Time to build a framework. Don’t just info-dump.
Use Arcs (for entertainment): Build tension, release it. Like waves. Up, down, keep it dynamic.
Or use Loops (for education): Repeatable patterns. What -> Why -> Example -> How. Like clean code, easy to follow.
Structure helps viewers navigate. Don’t let them get lost.
Level 5: The Translator (Clarity is King)
A great story no one understands is useless. Don’t make their circuits fry.
Make it crystal clear. Use visuals that actually match your point (video).
No video? Use simple metaphors. Explain complex stuff like you’re talking to a Roomba.
Level 6: The Maestro (Your Secret Sauce)
This is the final boss level. Your unique style.
It’s the thing only you do. Your humor, your visuals, your way of explaining things.
You can’t force this. It comes from mastering the first 5 levels and lots of practice. Keep creating, it’ll emerge.
