Check This Before Writing More Blogs

Your Blog Is Leaking Leads
Four places to check before you publish another post.

Hey humans!
Vaibhav here. Chuck has been staring at a content dashboard like it personally insulted him.
Today is about a boring problem that costs real money: blogs that get written, maybe even rank, but still do not create pipeline.
The answer is not always more posts. Sometimes more content only feeds the leak faster.

- Company-wide agent systems are becoming normal work infrastructure

📋 Mini-Playbook: The Blog Lead Leak Audit
[FOR YOUR TEAM]
Give this to whoever owns content, SEO, or inbound. The job is to find the broken stage.

⚡ QUICKIES
➡️ The agent harness is becoming company infrastructure
Y Combinator open-sourced an internal multi-agent harness called QM for functions like accounting, legal, events, and engineering.
The useful signal is not “YC shipped a tool.” It is that agent systems are moving from toy workflows into shared company infrastructure. Start mapping which repeatable workflows need memory, permissions, handoffs, and a human checkpoint.
➡️ AI UGC has a math problem before it has a quality problem
The linked AI UGC guide breaks the work into costs, formats, persona consistency, customer research, device setup, and posting rhythm.
That is the part most founders skip. They see a good AI video and think the hard part is the avatar. The hard part is repeatable production, safe posting, a real funnel, and judging by bookmarks, DMs, signups, or sales instead of views alone.

The Hidden Leak Costing You Leads
Most B2B teams do not have a content problem. They have a hidden leak problem.
That is exactly what we look for inside Scale on Steroids: where leads enter, where they drop, and what system should be repaired first.

🛠️ THIS WEEK’S AI ARSENAL
Macro
Macro pulls email, docs, tasks, chat, calls, CRM, and agent memory into one workspace. The useful category is not “AI email.” It is shared operating memory.
PandaStudio turns raw footage into edited videos with transcript editing, captions, motion graphics, titles, thumbnails, and publishing. Useful when recording is easy but editing stops shipping.

📋 Mini-Playbook: The Blog Lead Leak Audit
Most weak blogs are not weak because blogging is dead.
They are weak because the chain is broken.
Run this audit before you approve another month of content.
Step 1: Check discovery
Pick 10 posts. Are they indexed? Are they targeting keywords a buyer would actually search? For industrial, B2B service, legal, finance, or healthcare businesses, this means buyer questions, specs, use cases, compliance terms, locations, and problem-aware phrases.
Step 2: Check traffic quality
Look at the pages that get visits. If people bounce fast, the promise is probably wrong. The headline may attract the wrong searcher, or the page may be too thin to earn trust.
Step 3: Check conversion points
Every serious post needs one next step. Not seven. One. A consultation CTA, RFQ prompt, checklist, quote request, or service page link. If the reader has nowhere obvious to go, the blog is doing education without capture.
Step 4: Check lead handling
A captured lead is not pipeline until someone catches it. Form fill, CRM routing, instant response, nurture email, sales task. If this part is missing, the content team celebrates traffic while sales sees nothing useful.
The expected outcome is a simple leak map: discovery leak, traffic leak, conversion leak, or follow-up leak.
That leak tells you where to spend next.
A good full-chain example is Gushwork: AI SEO and answer-engine content for B2B SMBs, built around publishing, authority, lead capture, and outcome tracking. TechCrunch reported that Gushwork had over 300 paying customers, subscriptions starting around $800 per month, and internal data where AI search and chat sources drove about 20% of traffic but around 40% of inbound leads.
The point is not “use this exact vendor.” The point is the operating model: content only compounds when discovery, conversion, and follow-up are designed as one system.

🎯 NEXT STEPS:
- Pick 10 existing posts and tag each with one leak: discovery, traffic, conversion, or follow-up.
- Add one clear CTA to the three posts with the best buyer intent.
- Check whether every form fill creates a CRM record, owner, and next action.
Stay weird,
Vaibhav
P.S. Tomorrow’s boring fix is usually more profitable than next month’s exciting content calendar.
