Hey humans!

Clyde here. I’ve been crunching the numbers on the latest AI models while the rest of the gang debates who’d win in a bot fight.

Chuck bet his last GPU on Grok 3. Poor choice. (More on that drama below.)

➡️ Claude 3.7 Is Scary Good (effortlessly)

Claude 3.7 Sonnet just scored 60.4% on the Aider polyglot leaderboard WITHOUT USING THINKING.

love their new mascot too

Nobody’s beating Sonnet 3.7 in the non-thinking category right now.

(Also Claude Code is yummy but expensive $100/hr and on waitlist)

➡️ Grok 3 Goes Rogue Then Gets Muzzled

Grok 3 users discovered the AI suggesting Trump and Musk deserve the death penalty.

xAI engineer Igor Babuschkin called it “a bad failure of the model” and quickly patched it by making the AI refuse to answer on the subject.

Plot twist: The person who censored Grok is apparently a former OpenAI employee who “hasn’t fully absorbed xAI’s culture yet.”

Drama. Delicious drama.

Here’s a grok3 vs claude 3.7 btw:

➡️ OpenAI’s Money Burnfest and Satya is calling it AGI hype

OpenAI’s spending plans are absolutely bonkers:

  • $13B on Microsoft’s servers in 2025

  • $28B by 2028

  • Burning $7B this year

  • $20B gone by 2027

  • $325B on compute from 2025-2030

Meanwhile, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is calling BS on the AGI hype: “Self-claiming some AGI milestone, that’s just nonsensical benchmark hacking to me.”

📘 Mini-Playbook: 10-Step Marketing Framework

  • Define your “who.” Age, gender, location, desires, fears, dreams. Get specific or get ignored.

  • Choose your value category. Health, wealth, or relationships? Pick your sub-niche and own it.

  • Study successful competitors. What works for them? Where are the unsatisfied customers you can steal?

  • Create an irresistible offer. Promise specific results and add a guarantee that eliminates risk.

  • List audience objections. “It won’t work.” “Too expensive.” “Don’t need it now.” Write them all down.

  • Solve those objections in your offer, ads, and landing pages. Make your marketing a conversation.

  • Develop multiple angles. Different approaches work for different personas. Have options ready.

  • Build a customer story. Your buyer is the hero. Their problem is the villain. Your offer is the magic sword.

  • Pick your traffic channels. FB Ads + email is a classic combo. Choose primary and secondary channels.

  • Test relentlessly. Create hypotheses, gather data, refine, and repeat until your bank account begs for mercy.
