Make your service easier to understand

One Buyer Objection. Three Video Scenes.
Fresh visual releases, two specialist tools, and one objection you can explain in 30 seconds.

Hey humans!
“How would this actually work for us?” deserves something better than another paragraph about your process.
This week’s releases make it easier to animate an explanation and edit a video by pointing at what needs changing. Useful for the bit of your offer that keeps needing a second explanation.
Pick one recurring objection. Show the process. Use real proof. Make something Sales can send after the next call.

📋 Mini-Playbook: One Objection, Three Scenes
[FOR YOUR TEAM] Sales picks the objection; Marketing builds the explanation; your delivery lead checks the proof.

⚡ QUICKIES
➡️ Your proposal can become an editable explainer
On October 8, Anthropic launched Claude Motion in beta for Team and Enterprise. It can animate text, charts, shapes, and images, lets you adjust wording and timing, and exports videos as MP4s. Enterprise admins need to enable it first.
Use it to walk someone through an implementation sequence or make a pricing model easier to understand. Since it builds animations as code, it works best for explaining material you already have. Start with an approved diagram or report and ask it to tell one clear story.
➡️ Check the watermark before calling it real footage
On October 7, Google made SynthID Detector available globally in English. It checks images, videos, and audio for watermarks from Google and participating partners.
Add it to your review process when you’re unsure where an asset came from. But remember, no watermark doesn’t prove the footage is authentic; content outside supported systems may not carry one. When using customer proof, keep the original asset and its source alongside the edited version.

🛠️ THIS WEEK’S AI ARSENAL
A desktop video workspace for Mac and Linux where an agent creates the video, and you can make changes by typing, pointing, drawing, or leaving comments. Use an approved diagram and real product images to walk viewers through a setup step. It requires a HeyGen sign-in and an agent connection, so check the setup before handing it over to your editor.
Infrastructure that connects your existing agent to tools, reusable skills, and scheduled workflows. A technical teammate could use it to build a weekly queue of approved demo assets and unanswered buyer questions. Executor runs the software your agent builds, so start with a small workflow, define its sources, and test it before expanding.

📋 Mini-Playbook: One Objection, Three Scenes
Make a short explanation Sales can use when a buyer asks how the service works. Aim for about 30 seconds. Treat this as a workflow to test, not a proven conversion win.
1.Pick the hesitation
Ask Sales which question keeps slowing down conversations. For example: “Will implementation interrupt our team?” Work with your delivery lead to confirm the answer before creating a video.
2. Gather the proof
Collect an approved process diagram, a genuine screenshot or product photo, and the relevant scope or timeline. Remove anything you cannot share, and make sure every number in the script has a source.
3. Write three scenes
Start by naming the concern, then show the process your team follows, and finish with supporting evidence and one clear next step. For the implementation example, show who handles preparation, where the client gets involved, and what is checked before handover.
4. Build and review
Use HyperFrames Studio or Claude Motion if your plan includes access. Ask it to create a three-scene explanation using only the supplied facts and assets. Check names, numbers, labels, and timing. Clearly label illustrations and leave customer evidence unchanged.
5. Test it in the next relevant conversation
Let the sales rep decide when to use the clip. Note whether the buyer still asks the same question and what remains unclear. Improve that part before creating more videos.
The deliverable: One approved clip, its source folder, and a note explaining when Sales should use it.
